PROCESSING TIME & DELIVERY ♡ Our processing time is 3 to 5 working days to create your order and then please allow additional delivery time depending on postage chosen.

In line with Royal Mail timescales, although these vary during busy periods/holidays and adverse weather or any postal strikes.
RETURNS
♡ Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items unless they arrive damaged or defective or incorrect.

♡ If you want to cancel, please contact us straight away and if no design/print work has started we can accommodate where possible.
♡ NOTE - Signs may have tiny “black spots” as they are completely hand-foiled - we try our best to avoid this however is the nature of the process used.
