Q: How do your wedding invitations work when it comes to choosing designs, styles, and placing an order?

A. Our aim is simple: beautiful stationery, zero stress.
Here’s how it all comes together:

  1. BROWSE & CHOOSE
    Explore our invitation styles and pick a design you love. You can add extras like info cards, RSVP cards, ribbons or belly bands — and you’ll see the price update instantly as you go.
  2. ORDER A SAMPLE (optional but recommended)
    Want to see it in real life? Order a sample to feel the quality and check the style.
    Your sample will include colour cards and ribbon swatches, so you can explore all the options before committing.
  3. PLACE FULL ORDER
    Once your sample arrives, feel free to contact me, Jennifer, with any questions.
    When you place your full order, I’ll send you a simple form to collect your wedding details and we’ll take it from there.
  4. PROOFS & APPROVAL
    You’ll receive a full digital artwork proof by email to check over.
    For orders over 20 pieces, a pre-production sample is also posted to you for final approval before printing.
  5. COLLECTION OR DELIVERY
    Orders can be collected from our Glasgow studio or posted to you with FREE tracked delivery — whatever works best for you.

Cardstock & quality

Q. What cardstock do you use?

A. For all printed stationery (excluding magnetic save the dates/invitations), we use a 300gsm luxury matt card. It’s FSC® certified, vegan, acid-free and pH neutral — gorgeous to look at and even better to touch.

Samples & proofs

Can I see an invitation sample?

Yes! Samples can be ordered online in chosen style and colour, with set wording.

If you go ahead with a full order, you’ll also receive a pre-production sample (for invitation orders over 20 invitations) in your exact wording, colours and finish.

Will I receive artwork proofs?

Yes — invitations, menus, confetti bags, guest books, newspapers and A1 signs all include emailed artwork proofs.

If you’d like proofs for smaller items too, just let us know when ordering.

Assembly & finishing touches

How are invitations assembled?

Depending on the style you choose, pockets and layered cards will already be assembled.

Any extra cards (RSVPs, info cards, etc.) are packed and ready for you to pop into place.

What about belly bands?

Belly bands arrive pre-creased with double-sided tape already applied — just wrap, peel and stick.

If I order ribbon, will it arrive tied?

Ribbons are supplied separately, pre-cut with sealed edges so you can style and tie them exactly how you like.

Reorders & extras

Can I reorder invitations later?

Absolutely. We keep approved artwork for invitations, menus and save-the-dates for up to two months.

Just quote your previous order number and you can reorder any quantity — no minimums.

For tags, place cards and signs, artwork isn’t retained, but we’re happy to recreate it for you.

Matching stationery

Do you offer matching on-the-day stationery?

Yes! All invitations have coordinating items such as place cards, menus and signage, available separately on the website.

Foiled stationery

What card do you use for foiling?

Foiled stationery is printed on a smooth 350gsm white card for a clean, crisp foil finish (FSC certified).

Do you offer foiled invitations?

Currently, we don’t. Digital foiling works beautifully on smaller items, but large foiled invitation text can be unpredictable.

Foiling is available on place cards, menus, scratch cards and small signs — and we may expand this in the future.
