What cardstock do you use?

For all printed stationery,(excluding magnetic save the dates/invitations) We use a 300gsm luxury matt card, chosen for its beautiful feel and print quality. It’s FSC® certified, vegan, acid-free and pH neutral. We love it — and we think you will too.

For all Foiled stationery, we use a superior smooth 350gsm white card to achieve a perfect foil finish. With FSC certification. For Foiled favour tags, we use a 250gsm smooth white card with FSC certification.

Q: If I order menus, place cards, or invitations with ribbon, will they arrive ready made?

A: Stationery items and ribbons are packaged separately. Ribbons are pre-cut with sealed edges so they’re ready for you to assemble and style as you wish.

Q: How are the invitations assembled?

A: The main invitation card will already be securely attached to the outer card/main card.

Q: What about belly bands?

A: Belly bands are supplied with crease lines and double-sided tape applied, so you can simply wrap and secure them around your invitations.

I have ordered invitations and need to order more
- do you still have artwork proofs so I can order more?

We provide proofs for menus, invitations, and save-the-date stationery, which we keep for up to two months. If you wish to reorder, please let us know your previous order number, and we can use the same approved artwork.
For tags, place cards, and signs, we do not retain original artwork, but we can recreate them for you.

Q: Can I receive proofs for stationery items?

A: Menus, confetti bags, guest books, newspapers, invitations and A1 signs all will have artwork proofs emailed for approval. If you would like proofs for some of the smaller stationery items, please just state this when ordering and we’ll be happy to provide them.

In regards to card invitations, we will also send you a pre-production sample of artwork has been checked for you final approval.
